Judith opened Bennett-Phoenix LLC, in the first quarter of 2015.  Her client-first/client-focused philosophy leverages extensive market knowledge

and strong industry connections to advise and represent Commercial Real Estate investors. The firm focuses on investment sales and both development and redevelopment opportunities.  Previously the Atlanta resident served as Senior Vice President of the National Self Storage Group

at the commercial real estate firm of Bull Realty. Prior to that, she mixed retail brokerage with industrial and office tenant representation at the international commercial real estate firm of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT which was preceded by her successes as a retail investment broker

and leasing agent at the boutique commercial real estate firm of Robin Rose & Associates.

Prior to entering the Commercial Real Estate market in Georgia Judith served the New York City Board of Education as Assistant Principal of Administration in various Bronx high schools preceded by time as teacher and counselor. The South Bronx native holds both MA and M.Ed degrees from Columbia University.

When not assisting clients, Judith usually can be found traveling and spending time with family. She enjoys visiting cultural venues; and taking in various events around Metro Atlanta and the State of Georgia. 

Lively book club discussions, side splitting comedy and restaurants with both great food and great service are a few of Judith’s favorite things.

Judith claims difficulty in simply sitting still in the various organizations and association where she held and/or still holds membership.  Whether serving as a committee member or a committee chair, serving as an active director on a Board of Directors or providing volunteer service,

Judith finds that service to a community of service-oriented colleagues is as important as service to clients.
